Sarah has a very gentle way of easing you into her prenatal yoga. Whether beginner or seasoned yogi, Sarah makes you feel comfortable and able to practice in a way that fits your comfort level, body and style. She allowed me to connect with and focus on my baby inside and forget about anything else going on in the hour of her class. Sarah also showed me specific yoga poses/stretches that would specifically help various discomforts that i experienced during my pregnancy. I am grateful and thankful for the opportunity to learn with her and would recommend her classes to anyone looking for a prenatal yoga instructor!!
I absolutely loved the prenatal yoga class I took with Sarah! I truly felt amazing throughout my pregnancy and I think yoga was a big part of that. I also took her baby and me yoga class which was a fun way to ease my body back into a yoga practice post-partum. Sarah is a gifted teacher and intuitive spirit and I look forward to learning more from her in the future.
